You won't be able to ride the Kicking Horse trails in the winter because by the time the ski hill opens they will be buried under about a meter of compacted snow, still a sick mountain to Board/ski though.

Silverstar is so much fun. Perfect jumps and berms that make you want to go bigger and faster. I need to make it back there before the end of the summer.

Moose: head East on Hwy#1, then South on Hwy22 to the town of Bragg Creek. Keep going south for another 2km until you reach the intersection with Hwy66. Turn right (West) and drive for about 15 minutes. Now use this map:

you can check out this site for the climb ascent, it's a two piece short ski with furs. http://www.climb.co.at. I bought a burton split board last year, best solution for me, because you don't have to carry the board on your back.
